Our mission is to help girls and young women develop a high sense of self, discover who they are, appreciate their uniqueness, and maintain their own identities without needing others’ validation while celebrating what it means to be whole.

Our Core Values
Our Founder
US-Empowered Girls Inc. Founder, and Chief Executive Officer, Michelle Cauley, was born and raised in Waco, Texas. She is a certified Life Coach and Mentor who is a passionate advocate for girls and women. Michelle is an entrepreneur, public speaker, author, women’s inspirational leader, community service leader and professional leader.
Michelle is a dynamic storyteller and has a powerful voice that is relatable and connects to the hearts of others. Through her authentic conversational speaking style and keen listening skills, she can penetrate the hearts of girls and young women with her expertise, kindness, and honesty.
Michelle has served for twenty-five years as a professional leader who is dedicated, committed, and invested in her team. She is a result-driven leader with a can-do attitude. She has a proactive approach to all situations and will tackle any challenges and face any difficulties that occur in her life.
One of Michelle’s most sacred places to be is within the women’s inspirational group she created seven years ago. This group is a safe place where women are inspired, encouraged, motivated, and supported. It is a private women’s group where they celebrate their own uniqueness of being created perfectly beautiful.
The most important role in Michelle’s life is being a mother to her two beautiful and brilliant daughters. In raising her daughters, she came to understand the challenges that girls and young women struggle through during critical times of their lives, such as low self-esteem, feelings of not belonging, and self-acceptance.
Michelle held her daughters’ hands during the difficult times in their lives to help navigate them through uncertain times.
During those crucial times, Michelle had a vision of starting a revolutionary call for girls and women that would focus on celebrating their lives, their uniqueness, and created perfectly beautiful selves instead of mirroring themselves in someone else’s reflection.
Michelle’s brand United & Strong {US} was created as a result. She believes women who are united stand stronger together through celebrating one another, encouragement, motivation, support and by having a positive mindset.
Her call for a revolution helped and encouraged so many girls and women to navigate their lives through difficult times, to believe in themselves, to discover their plan and purpose, understand and become closer to their faith. She never gives up on anyone and is always looking to take someone along with her.
Michelle is the author of A Heart to Manage, Kindly, published in 2016, and she co-authored her children’s book, I Am Raised a Little Black Girl, published in 2022, with her granddaughter. Her children’s book depicts what it means to be raised a Black girl in America.
She has four beautiful grandchildren.
Michelle is intentional and passionate about being kind to others. She believes that kindness leaves a positive impact and can save lives.

Our board of directors, which is comprised of outstanding leaders and good, caring human beings, is educated, passionate, dedicated, and kind. Futhermore, it values diversity of perspective in making a difference in the lives of girls and young women. These passionate individuals are actively engaged in the strategic planning and implementation of our program and policies and they serve as US-Empowered Girls Inc.'s chief ambassadors.
