My name is Caline Ngounou. I was born in Cameroon, a country located in Central Africa. I left Cameroon in 2009 to join my husband in Malaysia, where we were both students. In 2012, my husband and I moved to the United States, where we started our family.

Today I am the mother of three adorable children: two boys and a girl. Motherhood helped me to realize how challenging it can be raising children, especially a daughter, to be good human beings.

I am honored to be a director of US-Empowered Girls. This platform has given me the opportunity to help mentor strong, motivated girls and young women and to support them to be accomplished and feel whole in their lives. I feel that US-Empowered Girls is a unique opportunity that I am thankful to be a part of making a difference along my journey.
